Guided Futures Advocacy provides independent safeguarding and wellbeing oversight services designed to support local authorities, care providers, supported living services, residential services, and other organisations responsible for vulnerable adults.
Our service combines structured oversight visits, wellbeing observations, safeguarding reviews, professional reporting, and preventative intervention support to help identify concerns early, strengthen safeguarding visibility, and promote safer, more positive outcomes for vulnerable adults.
Through independent observation, risk-rated reporting, and practical recommendations, we support organisations in addressing concerns proactively before situations escalate into more significant safeguarding risks, service failures, or placement breakdowns.
Our work is designed to complement existing safeguarding and quality assurance frameworks by providing an additional layer of independent oversight, professional observation, accountability, and early intervention support.

Independent Wellbeing Oversight Visits
Structured visits conducted by trained practitioners to observe an individual's wellbeing, safety, living environment, support arrangements, and overall quality of care.
Safeguarding Observation & Risk Identification
Professional identification of potential safeguarding concerns, environmental risks, wellbeing indicators, unmet needs, and areas requiring additional attention or intervention.
Structured Professional Reporting
Clear, objective, evidence-based reports outlining observations, identified risks, strengths, professional recommendations, and suggested actions where appropriate.
Preventative Intervention & Improvement Support
Where concerns are identified, we work proactively with relevant professionals, providers, and organisations by offering practical recommendations, encouraging early action, and supporting continuous improvement to reduce safeguarding risks and improve outcomes.
Independent Quality Assurance Monitoring
Additional oversight designed to provide assurance that vulnerable adults are receiving appropriate support, that concerns are being addressed, and that safeguarding responsibilities are being effectively implemented.
Safeguarding Escalation Procedures
Where safeguarding concerns require further action, concerns are escalated in accordance with national safeguarding legislation, local safeguarding procedures, and relevant statutory guidance.
