Adult Safeguarding Oversight Services
Guided Futures Advocacy provides independent safeguarding and wellbeing oversight services that can be commissioned by local authorities, care providers, supported living services, residential services, and other organisations responsible for vulnerable adults.
Our services are designed to strengthen safeguarding visibility through structured oversight visits, professional reporting, preventative intervention support, and independent quality assurance.
Monitoring & Oversight Contracts
Local authorities and organisations may commission structured safeguarding and wellbeing oversight visits for vulnerable adults requiring additional visibility, safeguarding assurance, independent professional observation, or enhanced quality monitoring.
These visits provide objective observations, risk-rated reporting, professional recommendations, and, where appropriate, preventative intervention support to help identify concerns early and reduce the likelihood of escalation.
Pilot Programmes
Guided Futures Advocacy offers pilot programmes designed to enable local authorities and organisations to evaluate the impact of independent safeguarding and wellbeing oversight within existing safeguarding and quality assurance frameworks.
Pilot programmes are structured to strengthen visibility, support the early identification of concerns, improve professional oversight, and provide additional assurance regarding the wellbeing and safety of vulnerable adults.
Placement Monitoring & Quality Assurance
Oversight visits can support safeguarding visibility within supported living services, residential care settings, specialist placements, transitional accommodation, and other high-support environments.
These visits help ensure that an individual's wellbeing, safety, rights, dignity, voice, and support arrangements remain central to the care they receive while encouraging early action where concerns or risks are identified.
Preventative Intervention & Improvement Support
Where concerns are identified, Guided Futures Advocacy provides practical recommendations, follow-up oversight, and early intervention support to encourage meaningful action before issues develop into more significant safeguarding concerns, service failures, or placement instability.
Our approach is designed not only to identify concerns, but to promote safer, more stable, and more positive outcomes for vulnerable adults through proactive oversight and early intervention.
