The FUTURES Framework™

Independent Progression Reviews, Future Planning and Outcome Monitoring

Guided Futures Advocacy provides independent progression reviews, future planning and outcome monitoring designed to support local authorities, education providers, care providers and other organisations responsible for supporting children, young people and adults with care and support needs.

The FUTURES Framework™ has been developed to help organisations understand not only whether individuals are safe and appropriately supported, but whether they are making meaningful progress towards greater independence, improved quality of life and better long-term outcomes.

Through independent assessments, structured progression reviews, future-focused planning and evidence-based reporting, we help identify barriers to progression, strengthen outcome monitoring and provide practical recommendations to support positive change.

Rather than duplicating existing safeguarding or quality assurance processes, the FUTURES Framework™ complements them by providing an additional layer of independent progression monitoring and future-focused review.
