1. About Us

Guided Futures Advocacy Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides independent advocacy and welfare monitoring services for children and vulnerable adults.

We operate independently and in partnership with SEN Sports LTD, delivering safeguarding-focused advocacy services for families, insurers, solicitors, and local authorities.

2. Our Services

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • In-person advocacy and welfare visits

  • Safeguarding observations and reporting

  • Liaison with carers, guardians, or professionals

  • Escalation of concerns where appropriate

Guided Futures Advocacy does not replace statutory services, guardians, or social workers. Our role is supplementary and independent.

3. Booking Advocacy Visits

Advocacy visits may only be booked by:

  • Registered clients

  • Approved funding bodies (e.g. insurers, local authorities)

  • Individuals or organisations with authority to arrange the visit

Bookings made without prior approval may be cancelled.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Standard advocacy visit fee: £175 per visit

  • Fees exclude travel but includes reporting, and management oversight

  • Payment must be made in advance

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Cancellations and Missed Visits

  • Visits cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full

  • If access is not available at the scheduled time, the visit will be deemed completed

  • Emergency cancellations will be reviewed at our discretion

6. Safeguarding and Escalation

If, during a visit, our advocate identifies safeguarding concerns, we reserve the right to:

  • Escalate concerns internally

  • Share information with relevant authorities where required by law

  • Take immediate action if risk of harm is identified

Safeguarding duties override confidentiality where necessary.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable steps to deliver professional services:

  • Guided Futures Advocacy Ltd is not responsible for decisions made by guardians, carers, or third parties

  • We are not liable for outcomes beyond our control

  • We do not provide medical, legal, or therapeutic advice

Nothing in these terms limits liability where unlawful under UK law.

8. Confidentiality

Information shared with us is handled confidentially, subject to safeguarding and legal obligations.

Details may be shared with:

  • Funding bodies

  • Appointed contacts

  • Safeguarding authorities
    when required.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, reports, templates, and materials remain the intellectual property of Guided Futures Advocacy Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
