Safeguarding Futures When Parents Can’t Be There

Hi, I’m Shadie, the founder of Guided Futures Advocacy Ltd.

Guided Futures was created to answer a question that so many parents of children with additional needs quietly carry with them: What happens to my child when I can’t be there anymore?

Having plans, wills, and insurance in place is important — but paperwork alone doesn’t guarantee your child is happy, safe, or receiving the care you expected.

At Guided Futures, we provide independent advocacy and welfare monitoring for children and vulnerable adults. Our trained advocates carry out structured, in-person visits, produce professional safeguarding reports, and step in early if something isn’t right.

We work alongside families, solicitors, insurers, and local authorities to bridge the gap between legal planning and real-life care, offering continuity, accountability, and peace of mind.

This isn’t about replacing anyone’s role.
It’s about making sure no one falls through the cracks
